Preschool Enrollment for Ages 3–5 in Puyallup
We’re thrilled you’re considering Buttons & Bows Preschool! Our enrollment process is simple, secure, and managed through the Brightwheel app. Follow these four easy steps to register your child:

- Receive your child’s classroom assignment

Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
Every child needs a separate registration form. When you begin the form, Brightwheel will prompt you to create an account if you don’t already have one. Be sure to select your child’s age group (3 or 4-year-olds) and preferred class session.

Step 3: Set Up Your Payment Method
Once your child’s registration is reviewed and a spot is confirmed, a $100 non-refundable registration fee will be charged to the payment method you enter in Brightwheel. No fee will be charged if your selected class is full.
Payment Details:- Registration Fee: $100 per student
- Credit Card Fee: 2.95% of the transaction
- ACH Fee: 0.6% per transaction (minimum $0.25, maximum $2.00)
Note: All tuition and fees will be charged securely through Brightwheel. You’ll be able to view billing history and payment receipts directly in the app.
Step 4: Receive Your Classroom Assignment
Within 48 hours of submitting your registration and payment setup, your child will be placed in a classroom. You’ll receive a message in the Brightwheel app confirming their class assignment and any important next steps.
